We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our international Group IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, understands business needs, and wants to develop in a modern, collaborative IT environment.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for internal users by providing daily IT support. You will work within Group IT across multiple countries, ensuring high-quality service and stable operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling IT support requests efficiently and with minimal disruption to users.

  • Ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed timelines (SLA).

  • Delivering customer‑oriented service with a focus on quality and business value.

  • Maintaining and updating the knowledge base and operational statuses in Solar Intra.

  • Testing new systems, updates, and changes.

  • Collaborating with Group IT teams across countries.

  • Sharing user feedback and supporting improvements in IT processes and tools.

  • Potentially taking on the role of subject‑matter expert in assigned systems.

  • Creating and maintaining IT documentation.

  • Staying up to date with new technologies and trends.

  • Is able to follow processes and procedures

 

What we expect from you

Technical competencies

  • Experience in IT Support / Service Desk or a similar position.

  • Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into IT solutions.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, Acrive Directory.

  • Experience in testing systems and changes.

  • Ability to create necessary technical documentation.

  • Understanding of IT processes and the business area supported.

  • Good command of English and Polish.

  • Ability to work in an international environment and openness to cultural differences.

  • Work in a good structured way within ITIL processes and procedures
  • Knowledge to ITIL best practices 
  • Strong prioritization, time‑management, and organizational skills.
